Want to automate your craft washing operation without sacrificing quality? Hashatron's craft series washers are a powerful easy to use single operator washer capable of quick cycle time and reduced labor over conventional manual washing. All craft series washer utilizes Hashatron's patent pending removable stainless steel wash basket eliminating the need for fragile nylon wash bags. The stainless-steel wash basket also allows for unmatched water removal of spent product once the wash cycle is complete by allowing the operator to spin out water from waste product prior to disposal. To eliminate the need for ice during your wash cycle the pre chill vessels use an integrated mixer and heat exchanger to rapidly cool incoming water to 32degF to be utilized for filling of the wash vessel as well as supplying cold water to a pressurized spray nozzle to be used when washing bags during the collection process. Since one size does not fit all and bigger sometimes isn’t always better, the craft series washers are fabricated in sizes from 20 to 200 gallons. All washer kits come complete with the following equipment.
