Want to automate your craft washing operation without sacrificing quality? Hashatron's craft series washers are a powerful easy to use single operator washer capable of quick cycle time and reduced labor over conventional manual washing. All craft series washer utilize Hashatron's patent pending removable stainless steel wash basket eliminating the need for fragile nylon wash bags. The stainless steel wash basket also allows for unmatched water removal of spent product once the wash cycle is complete by allowing the operator to spin out water from waste product prior to disposal. Since one size does not fit all and bigger sometimes isn’t always better, the craft series washers are fabricated in sizes from 20 to 200 gallons. All washer kits come complete with the following equipment.

Standard Equipment:

Double wall washing vessel with manual opening and locking lid with full view poly carbonate sight window.
Wash down grade motor with gear reduction.
Stainless steel removable washing basket with internal paddle mounts.
4 standard removable paddles.
Hashatron color touch screen control cabinet with wash recipe creation, re-circulation pump and high speed dry cycle de watering settings.
Single wall collection vessel with false floor & drain valve kit.
1.5” Electric closed loop pump and hose kit.
Neoprene insulation jackets on washer & collection vessel.
1 year parts & labor warranty.
